Logging a support ticket is  a simple process
  1. Sign into Doctor 4 Africa
  2. Select your user profile to access the user settings dropdown
  3. Submit a Ticket
  4. From the Support Portal, you can track the status of your open tickets and enhancement requests.


  • Support requests are being processed on business days from 9:00 to 18:00 GMT in the order they were received.
  • We suggest, while our team reviews your support request, please read the FAQ.
  • If any support ticket has no response from the item owner for 7 days, the ticket will be considered closed.
